		Manager 11 years at Columbia Village Mandy is the Community Manager in charge of just about everything. She answers phones, shows apartments, collects and processes rents and deals with every aspect of the Community to keep it running smoothly. (in a pinch, she's pretty handy at maintenance, too!) Mandy enjoys the beach, agate hunting, 4-wheeling and riding quads, scrapbooking and stormy weather! . . . . . . . . . . .



		Manager 11 years at Columbia Village Thom's duties include all building maintenance, opening and closing of laundry rooms and dumpsters, major projects such as building and entry powerwashing, restriping parking areas and after hours emergencies. Thom is also responsible for painting all and cleaning some apartments at move out. Thom's interests include 4-wheelin' and playing guitar.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .



		Assistant Manager 8 years at Columbia Village Chris is the 2007 MMHA Assistant Manager of the Year winner! Chris does a bit of everything around the property: tenant inquiries, paperwork, handling tenant maintenance and also cleaning apartments at moveout. Chris and his wife Jeni have a 2 year old boy named Logan who loves college basketball. Duke is his team! Chris' hobbies are computers, digital video and anything in HD!
